A provision of personal data is voluntary, but necessary to secure proper performance of all actions connected with potential conclusion of agreement which shall be a basis of employment or cooperation and actions which shall be taken in respect thereof. An applicant shall have a right to: get access to his/her personal data, request changing, rectification, erasure of personal data or restriction or cessation of processing of personal data, transfer the personal data, object to processing of personal data, withdraw its consent to processing of personal data or lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, without effect however to prior legal processing of the personal data.
The basis of processing the personal data shall be provisions of law, in particular the Code of Labour Law together with executive regulations thereto, and consent of the Applicant, if it was granted. The collected personal data neither shall be transferred to other controllers, nor to third countries (outside the European Economic Area) nor to international organization. The personal data shall be processed during the recruitment, potential employment or cooperation and until termination of potential claims of the Applicant (3 years).
