Alliance Manager – Oncology / Global Portfolio

Location: remote, Europe

 

We’re collaborating with a cutting-edge European biopharmaceutical company to recruit an experienced Alliance Manager to lead strategic partnerships in their expanding oncology portfolio.

This pivotal role centers on managing global alliances and navigating the complexities of pharmaceutical licensing agreements, driving the success of innovative oncology initiatives.

Duties

•       Oversee a portfolio of partnership agreements for oncology products.

•       Conduct analyses and ensure compliance with the company’s contractual obligations throughout the development phase, ensuring their timely execution.

•       Coordinate multidisciplinary activities essential for the successful execution of these agreements.

•       Serve as the primary liaison between the company and its partners, gathering, consolidating, and managing all development-phase information.

•       Actively manage the agreements as the global point of responsibility for partnerships within your product portfolio, acting as the primary contact person to advance the company’s interests.


Required skills

·       Demonstrated experience in a comparable role within the pharmaceutical industry.

·       Strong understanding of licensing agreements for oncology products in development, with the ability to interpret contracts, comprehend timelines, and assess implications.

·       Skilled in evaluating partnership performance, identifying trends and opportunities, and leveraging data-driven insights to support strategic objectives and address challenges effectively.

·       Exceptional communication skills.

·       Proven ability to persuade and influence stakeholders across all organizational levels.

·       Proficiency in spoken and written English for both business and scientific contexts.
