We are currently looking for a

Talent Sourcer/Market Researcher

to join our team.

This individual will play a crucial role in high-end B2B projects for our clients.

· analyzing the Life Science market,

· staying updated on trends and news,

· generating insightful reports that provide value for Clients and Partners,

· engaging in meaningful discussions with scientists and life science business leaders,

· actively pursuing leads and seeking the best talent in the field,

Duties

What tasks will you be responsible for:

- Source potential candidates using various tools and techniques,

- Create reports and provide meaningful insights on recruitment activities,

- Conduct screening calls with candidates,

- Manage candidates throughout the recruiting lifecycle,

- Prepare market research using a variety of tools,

- Manage internal ATS to ensure the best insights into the recruitment process,

- Work closely with the executive consultant's team to deliver the best results.

Required skills

What you will bring with you:

· Fluent English and Polish are a must.

· Life Science background (or profound scientific recruitment experience) is a must.

· A minimum of 2 years of client-facing experience is required, such as customer service, B2B projects, etc.

· Previous experience in recruitment and talent sourcing is advantageous.

· Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

· Strong interpersonal skills and experience in effective working within a team.

· Ownership and responsibility for the results delivered.

· Eagerness for continuous personal and professional development is essential.
