Paralegal Specialist /  Support for Legal EMEA Team

 

Location: Cracow, Poland

 

One of the world's leading health companies is seeking a Specialist to support legal department in the EMEA region.
Duties
 

  • Providing technical and administrative support to the legal department and assigned team/department.

  • Monitoring upcoming deadlines and managing tasks.

  •  Conduct independent legal research and analysis for the legal department that helps inform company decision-making and ensure regulatory compliance.

  •  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to obtain required information and facilitate transactions.

  •  Review current and pending legislation to determine potential business impacts.

  •  Organizing, managing, and maintaining legal files and corporate documents in compliance with local law requirements and the central global legal document database.

  •  Updating legal documents, collaborating with cross-functional teams, reviewing legislation, assisting with corporate governance, and facilitating document execution.

     
Required skills

 

  • Min. Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in supporting legal corporate daily work.
  • Expertise in conducting legal research and ability to draft legal documents.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage conflicting priorities.
  • Proven track record of thriving in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
  • Experience in an international environment.
  • English – fluent, French would be a plus.
